Rachael is a natural guide and healer. Her Yoga Trapeze class offers the much-needed stretching that our bodies crave, while also toning your muscles. The hanging part is fun, and oh, the space it creates in your joints! My personal favorite is the pressure it relieves from your spine; it all makes you feel amazing.

“My son had told me that he had a really interesting experienced with a sound bath at his school, where Rachael was the facilitator. My son said it was hard to describe the experience but it felt like a Team Labs exhibit we had been to in Tokyo. He said he came out of his sound bath experience feeling refreshed. When I bumped into Rachael a few months later, I had told her about his thoughts and she invited me to participate in one of her sound baths. I jumped at the opportunity. When I arrived, the ambience was very calming and, when the sound bath began, I was able to immediately engage in listening to the striking sounds of different bowls, feel the vibrations in the air and relax into a passive state. Similar to my son, I find it hard to describe the experience. Racheal’s sound bath felt immersive. I felt like I had reached a state of tranquillity and calm. Ray’s sound bath is like diving into a warm ocean of sound! The vibrations move through me, melting away stress and tension. A fun way to combine acrobatics and yoga! Challenging but at your own pace. Rachael's guidance through each pose allows you to set your own difficulty level. Wonderfully restorative with the added bonus of a healing sound bath thrown in at the end. Highly recommended!
